Bathing Solutions proved themselves to be a very professional company in all aspects, from the initial presentation through the completion of the job. The sales manager, Chris, made a great presentation, clearly explaining all aspects of materials used, the installation process, the warranty, and post installation support if necessary. The installers were also very professional yet friendly. They also explained things as necessary, and cleaned up after themselves, during the installation process and after completion. They left not one speck of dirt or dust anywhere. I would use Bathing Solutions again in a heartbeat. Their prices are very competitive and reasonable, with no upselling. I highly recommend them. The best thing about them is that they don’t use outside contractors like Jacuzzi does, installers are their own trained employees. BTW, we had our old shower replaced with a brand new walk-in shower.

A+A+A+!!! Our experience with Bathing Solutions was absolutely top notch! Working with Chris on the initial design was smooth and easy with no pressure. He accommodated all of our “last-minute” changes without hesitation. Darren and Nathan did all the “real” work and we couldn’t be more pleased. Constant and consistent communication were key to this project’s success. More so, the quality of their workmanship is second to none. They were very courteous and respectful and the final product shows how skilled they are. I can’t say enough good about Bathing Solutions, a company I had never heard of. We were in the market to replace our tub and shower with just a shower, so started the process of getting estimates. This company was the second estimate of 5 I had scheduled. #1 and a big plus was they responded immediately with a phone call. The sales rep came out in record time, was very professional, no overselling and easy to work with. We were so comfortable with him, his knowledge and professionalism that we booked the install, knowing we had 72 business hours to change our mind, but didn’t. In fact we felt so comfortable with this company, we cancelled the remaining 3 appts. #2 and more importantly was the installation. The installers were in contact, came as scheduled, polite, professional amazing young men. They absolutely made the process painless. They knew exactly what they were doing, had everything they needed with them, did it in the time scheduled we agreed on and now have exactly what we wanted…A BEAUTIFUL NEW SHOWER!! I am a tough former building industry gal having done many showcase and model homes. I was so impressed with them from start to finish. Very pleased and highly recommend them for your bath remodel project!
